Event Policy

Who can attend OneRedmond events 

Events are typically intended for representatives of companies that are members of OneRedmond. At times, our events are open to non-members. Find out more about all the benefits of OneRedmond membership by contacting membership@OneRedmond.org.  

How to register and pay for events 

For events with a registration fee, registration is not complete until payment is received. 

Payment by credit card: Register and pay online at OneRedmond.org. You may also pay by calling OneRedmond at 425-885-4014 with your credit card information. 

Payment by check: Make your check out to OneRedmond and mail it to:

Please indicate the event you are registering for as well as your name and company plus the name and company for any additional registrants. 

Register & pay online: Payment at the time of registration is required if you are registering online.  

Severe weather policy 

Driving conditions may vary greatly for event participants depending on where they live or work. As long as it is reasonably possible, events will take place as scheduled. 

For morning events (programs that start before 11 a.m.): OneRedmond follows the Lake Washington School District closure decision. If the Lake Washington School District is closed due to severe weather, morning events will be canceled. If the Lake Washington School District is delayed, events will go on as scheduled.  

For events starting after noon: If schools of the Lake Washington School District are open, events will take place as scheduled. If the schools are closed, information will be sent out to all attendees as soon as possible. For further information, you can email registration@OneRedmond.org.  

Cancellations 

No cash refunds will be made for canceled registrations, but substitutions are welcome. 

Unless otherwise stated, a credit for a canceled registration will be allowed provided the cancellation request is received by the event registrar at least one full business day prior to the start of the event. 

Contact information 

Attendees at our events are encouraged to exchange business cards for the purpose of building a network of referrals and referrals. It is the policy of OneRedmond not to distribute email addresses and phone numbers of participants to other event attendees. 

Other information 

By registering for events, all attendees grant permissions to OneRedmond to use image(s) (photographs and/or video) for legal use in Media publications including: Videos, Email Blasts, Newsletters, Magazines, General Publications, Social Media, Illustration, Website, Broadcast and/or other mediums for marketing and promotion purposes.  

By registering for OneRedmond events, attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
