- The Marymoor Village Light Rail Station includes a 5-level, 1,400 stall parking garage. Take the ramp up into the garage and park for free.
- Free overflow parking is available at Marymoor Park for the event with a new trail leading from the park to the station. Follow the signs once you enter the park to the designated parking lot. All other lots will requirement payment.
- Try not to park on-street in Marymoor Village.
By Shuttle:
- Microsoft will also be providing shuttles to Sound Transit's Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Downtown Redmond Station. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes between Marymoor Village Station, Redmond Technology Station, and the Downtown Redmond Station from 9 a.m. until service begins at 12 noon.
By Bicycle:
- King County Parks opens two new trails that connect Sound Transit's Marymoor Village Station to regional trails and King County's largest park! Click here for full details.
The permanent Marymoor Station Trail is scheduled to be completed by the end of June. Crews installed a temporary bypass to provide uninterrupted access during Saturday’s opening celebration.
The Bear Creek Trail Bridge – just north of the new light rail station – offers a safer, quieter link between the East Lake Sammamish Trail and the Redmond Central Connector Trail, which is part of the 42-mile Eastrail. Cyclists and pedestrians no longer need to take a 0.7-mile detour that crossed 11 lanes of traffic to make it across State Route 520.
- Volunteers with the Jerry Baker Velodrome will host a free Bike Valet within the Marymoor Village Light Rail Station Garage. Additional bike racks are located within and outside of the garage, and bike lockers will be available within the garage as well.
