The City of Redmond Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the amendments to Article I and II of the Redmond Zoning Code (RZC) as part of the Redmond 2050 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review.
The final package of Redmond 2050 related code updates will include significant restructuring. The drafts will be published in the new chapter organization, so will be posted online.

The final package of code updates to implement the Redmond 2050 Comprehensive Plan will be reviewed by the community and the Planning Commission through the end of 2024, with public hearings in November and December and Council adoption in Spring of 2025.
Public hearings on these topics are scheduled for Nov. 6 and Dec. 4. Council review will occur in early 2025, with adoption anticipated in Spring 2025.
