100th Avenue Cakes was started with a goal of introducing complex flavors from south east Asia to the rest of the world in a familiar format like cakes, macarons, tarts, entremets and other small desserts.
Our specialty is to breakdown complex flavors from the Indian subcontinent and recreate and reuse in desserts such that they become accessible and enjoyable to everyone
