OneRedmond Logo Usage Guidelines

The OneRedmond logo is a vital part of our brand identity. To maintain consistency and professionalism, please follow these guidelines when using our logo.

General Usage

Official Use Only – The OneRedmond logo may only be used for official Chamber-related purposes or by approved partners and members in good standing. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Approval Required – All uses of the logo outside standard member benefits require approval. Please submit requests detailing how and where the logo will be used.

Visual Standards

Consistency – Do not alter the logo’s proportions, colors, or design elements in any way. It must always appear as intended.
Clear Space – Maintain a clear space around the logo equal to its height to ensure visibility and impact.
Minimum Size – For legibility, the logo should not be smaller than:
- Print: 1 inch in width
- Digital: 72 pixels in width

Color Specifications

Approved Colors - Use only the official OneRedmond brand colors:
- Dark Gray: #353535
- Deep Red: #833331
- Bright Red: #be3b32
- Soft Taupe: #bfa09c
- White: #fefefe
Backgrounds - Ensure the logo is placed on backgrounds that do not compromise its visibility. Avoid busy or patterned backgrounds.
Variations - Use the full-color logo whenever possible. A grayscale or single-color version (black or white) is permitted when necessary.

Prohibited Uses

🚫 Do not distort, stretch, or compress the logo.
🚫 Do not change the colors beyond approved variations.
🚫 Do not add effects (shadows, gradients, animations).
🚫 Do not place competing elements too close to the logo.
🚫 Do not incorporate the logo into another design, graphic, or logo.

Application Guidelines

Digital Use – For websites, social media, and email signatures, use PNG or JPEG files and follow size and color guidelines.
Print Use – Use high-resolution vector files (EPS, AI, or PDF) for print materials to ensure clarity and quality.

Co-Branding & Partnerships

Partner Logos - If using the OneRedmond logo alongside other logos, ensure equal sizing and prominence.
Placement - The OneRedmond logo should not appear more prominently than the logos of other sponsors, businesses, or organizations unless authorized.

Usage for Members

• Current members in good standing may use the OneRedmond logo on business materials, websites, and promotional content to indicate membership.
• The logo must not be used in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond membership.
